American Debt Solutions, LLC is a financial analysis company offering financial analysis services to the general public in an effort to bring the consumer to a state of debt awareness. We understand that privacy and the personal information obtained from you is important. We refer our clients to a third party debt solutions agency, after the completion of our financial analysis services. We act as an intermediary in selecting the best debt solution for each unique clients situation. If you wish to shop around for the best deals, best solutions - well; that's what we do (after our financial analysis services). Our company is contracted with only the best, to ensure this is done accurately. We are available for telephone calls between the hours of 9am and 6pm p.s.t., Monday through Friday. Customer Support is up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! To make changes to or answer questions regarding the financial analysis, please contact us.

It is our policy not to sell or market our clients' nonpublic personal information to third parties without your consent. Such information is used solely in the conduct of our business and to provide high-quality services to our clients. We will share your nonpublic personal information with third parties only to the extent we believe it is reasonably necessary to provide our services. Banking Information (Account, Routing Number, EFT establishment for our fee)

We reserve the right to release such information to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole and absolute discretion, deem necessary to comply with the law. We reserve the right to amend this provision in our sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to this provision will be communicated to you at least five days in advance of implementation and will apply only to that nonpublic personal information collected from you after the date of implementation.

 

Is Personal Information Shared with Others?
We use the information we collect to help us provide the services to you. We must provide your information to a "third party debt solution agency " (only those of which are contracted with our company) so that they may provide you with third party services. We may also share the information we collect about you with companies that perform support services on our behalf such as information to process your electronic withdrawal of funds from your bank account. We may also share your personal information as permitted or required by law. You can be confident that American Debt Solutions, LLC. does not sell your information to any third party or provide such information to a third party for its own independent use. We respect your privacy and it is for this reason we only disclose your personal information when it is necessary for us to do so in order to fulfill our financial analysis contract with you.
